It is with great joy that I present CMCI to you. Established in 1985, when Khalifa A. Algosaibi Investment Co. founded the company in the First Industrial City of Dammam, Saudi Arabia, CMCI is recognized as one of the leading Construction Chemical Companies in Saudi Arabia.
CMCI provides an extensive array of products that support construction projects from beginning to end. This includes Concrete Admixtures supplied to major ready-mix concrete plants, along with various types of grouts and joint sealants delivered to many Concrete Precast plants. In the initial phases of construction, we supply Foundation coatings, Floor hardeners, Floor Toppings, Sealers, curing compounds, and Floor coatings. Additionally, CMCI produces advanced waterproofing systems for roofs, wet areas, swimming pools, tunnels, reservoirs, and water and sewage facilities. Moreover, we cater to all major industrial and commercial projects with high-specification, customized products such as Machinery Grouts, Industrial Floor coatings, and Repairs. Our offerings also encompass finishing products like plasters, Tile adhesives, and Tile grouts.
