We’re looking for a Sales Engineer to join our CMCI sales team.
CMCI – Construction Material Chemical Industries is the most trusted Saudi manufacturer for building chemicals, since 1985.
The company has expanded together with the Saudi building industry, booming in the last three decades and growing out of its very first building in Dammam, and into three manufacturing plants in Saudi Arabia, serving the requirements locally, in the Gulf Area and the Middle East.
What You’ll Do
- Achieve and exceed sales, profitability, and collection targets.
- Establish and maintain a quality customer base.
- Interact closely with clients to understand and identify their needs.
- Demonstrate products on-site and showcase their suitability to client requirements.
- Identify upcoming projects well in advance.
- Convey client feedback, especially technical feedback, to appropriate management levels.
- Fully investigate and verify the credibility of new clients before onboarding, adhering to prescribed procedures, including form completion.
- Ensure a high level of after-sales service.
- Address customer complaints promptly and provide satisfactory solutions.
- Clearly communicate credit periods and payment terms to customers and ensure timely payment collection.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- BA in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.
- 3–5 years of experience in construction chemical manufacturing (Saudi Arabia).
- Native proficiency in Arabic and intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
Skills:
- Prior experience with retail operations is preferred
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Solid computer/ time management/prioritization skills
- Strong oral and written presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships with and influence a wide array of personality types from diverse backgrounds
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Willings of extensive driving to various locations within his/her territory
