CEMTEC SEALFLEX is a pre-packed two component polymer modified cementitious coating, which can be easily mixed at the site using drill, fitted with paddle and can be applied using brush, trowel or roller. This waterproofing coating cures to form an elastomeric waterproofing membrane with excellent adhesion to the concrete surfaces.
