CEMTEC WATER BARRIER ASPHALT COATING is a heavy bodied bituminous compound applied to
structures as a permanent barrier to water under pressure and as protection against the erosive effect
of running water. The formulation contains additives which assure proper adhesion to damp green
concrete and masonry surfaces
